Does WanguCRM take a percentage or fee from my sales?
Never! WanguCRM is strictly non-custodial software. We do not hold, process, escrow, or touch your customer payments. Every dollar or ZiG transferred by your customer goes directly into your EcoCash, InnBucks, or bank account. You pay only our flat software subscription.
Can I use an EcoCash mobile number if I don't have a corporate Biller Code?
Yes! WanguCRM supports dual-rail EcoCash. If you are a registered corporate merchant with a 4–8 digit Biller Code (e.g. 245890), we generate the merchant dial code (*151*2*2*...). If you use a business mobile subscriber line (e.g. 0771234567), we generate the mobile transfer string (*151*1*1*...).
